Dynamic Changes in the Executive and Supervisory Board at aixigo AG

Aachen, January 2021 – Erich Borsch, Executive Board Member and co-founder of the company, which has been founded in 1999, moved from the Executive Board to the Supervisory Board on 1st January, 2021. Erich Borsch takes over the function of Prof. Dr. Rüdiger von Nitzsch in the Supervisory Board. After 21 years on the Supervisory Board, Professor Nitzsch will provide his expertise as a consulting scientist to aixigo AG.

"The past 21 years have been very exciting in the Supervisory Board of aixigo. We started as a spin-off from RWTH Aachen University and have grown up into a strong and international player for wealth management software. Now, aixigo is on the threshold to the next major stage of it’s development. Of course, I will keep track on every step very closely, but from now on, just as a scientific advisor", says Prof. Dr. Rüdiger von Nitzsch.

"In summer 2020, we adopted a new strategic direction for aixigo and set the required course for it by the end of last year. After 21 years as an executive board member, it was the right time for me, to move to the supervisory board now. In addition to my role as a Supervisory Board member, I will continue to support aixigo as an advisor in word and deed. I am looking forward to the new tasks", says Erich Borsch.

"We would like to thank Rüdiger von Nitzsch and Erich Borsch for their incredibly long time at aixigo. As co-founders, and in their respective roles as members of the Supervisory and Executive Board, these two have been essential in shaping and forming aixigo's success over the past 22 years. We will continue to make good use of their advice for the ongoing development of aixigo in the future", said Tobias Haustein & Christian Friedrich - members of the Executive Board at aixigo AG.
