The stabilisation phase between go-live and standard operation provides you with more intensive support.

Operating Models of our Software

With our different flexible models for software operation, we put together offers that meets the requirements of both large banks and smaller financial service providers. From classic operation as on-premises software to cloud operation - also as Software as a Service (SaaS) - everything is possible with our platform! In addition to aws and Microsoft Azure, the aixigo cloud hosted in the Aachen data centre is also available for public cloud operation. Providing the solution within your private cloud is another operational option.

License models of our software

aixigo's licensing models are transparent and fair. From the platform developed according to the modular principle, you only license those modules for your application that you use productively. Basic modules can only be licensed once, even if you use several aixigo software solutions. We pass this advantage of the platform architecture on to you as a positive economies of scale.

For productive software operation, we generally offer two license models, which can also be used in combination, depending on the solution:
 

Volume-based

The license is fair for small and large volumes based on the assets under management in the system and is used, for example, in wealth management.

 

User-based

The license is calculated on the basis of the authorised users who are registered as Named Users. This variant is used, for example, for investment advisory solutions. No license is charged for the users who ensure the professional and technical administration in the productive operation of the software.

The use of modules in the sandbox or within a test phase is license-free. This gives you the opportunity to convince yourself in advance of the performance of the modules.

Software Maintenance & Support

Under maintenance and support our project teams offer the careful supervision of your solution. All functionalities used are continuously maintained by our project teams. This means that errors that only occurred during productive software operation can be rectified within the framework of the SLAs.
